*Sign up process will take less than 5 mins to complete
Step 1 : Download Jiffy Jobs app on Google Play or App Store
Step 2 : Login your Jiffy Account via Jiffy Jobs app
Step 3 : Go to "More"
Step 4 : Go to "My Profile"
Step 5 : Select the pen icon on the 1st box where it display your profile picture and contact details
Step 6 : Update the infomation needed and click on the tick / save icon on the top right corner
Step 1 : Select "My Positions"


Step 2 : Click on "+ Create Position"


Step 3 : Fill in Position Info


Step 4 : Click on "Submit" to save and publish on Listing
Step 1 : Click on the "My Positions"


Step 2 : Click on the Position Title which the Job Seeker applied


Step 3 : Click on the Status on the Job Seeker in the Application list on Position Detail page


Step 4 : Select the appropriate Application Status

Approved = accepted
Mismatch = rejected

Step 5 : Click on "Save Changes" to confirm
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"


Step 2 : Click on the Position Title you wish to edit on the Position List


Step 3 : Click on the "Edit Position" button in Position Detail


Step 4 : Make changes and click on "Submit" to save
Step 1 : Edit the Position Info
Step 2: Input '0' in Slots & Status to "Close"

Step 3 : Click "Submit" to save
Step 1 : Click on "My Jobs"


Step 2 : Click on "+ Create new job"


Step 3 : Select a Position which the Job is going to be under and click "Next"


Step 4 : Fill up the Job Info and click on the "Submit" button to publish
Step 1 : Click on "My Jobs"


Step 2 : Select the Job Title in the Job List


Step 3: Click on the "Status" of the Job Seeker on the Request list in Job Detail


Step 4 : Select the appropriate new status and click on "Save Changes"
Step 1 : Select the Job Title in the Job List


Step 2 : Click on the "Status" of the Job Seeker in the Request list in Job Detail

Step 3 : Select "Mismatch" and "Save Changes"
Step 1 : Go to "Job List"


Step 2 : Select the Job Title you wish to make the assigment and enter to Job Detail


Step 3 : Click on "Assign" button


Step 4 : Select Job Seeker from the Job Seeker List


Step 5 : Select "Next" to confrim
Step 1 : Go to "Job List"


Step 2 : Select the Job Title you wish to close / cancel and enter to Job Detail


Step 3 : Click on "Edit Job" button


Step 4 : Input '0' in "Slots" & Select "Close" in "Status"


Step 5 : Select "Sumbit" to save

Step 6 : "Mismatch" all "Appoved" Job Seekers on the Request List (if any)
During Position Application
Step 1 : Click on the Job Seeker's name in the Application list in Postion Detail


After Position is Approved
(during job request approval)
There are two methods :

Method 1 : Click on "Contacts" and look for the Job Seeker's name

Method 2 : Click on the Job Seeker's name in the Requests list in Job Detail
Step 1 : Click on "Attendances"


Step 2 : Filter the Date Range

*Default = Today

Step 3 : You may refine the data with the search bar

Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"


Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List) that you wish to create the training


Step 3 : Click on "+ Create Training" button on Position Detail page


Step 4 : Fill in the training content and upload PDF (optional)


Step 5 : Click on "Save Training"
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"


Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List)


Step 3 : Scroll down and click on the Training Title you wish to create a quiz for


Step 4 : Click on "+ Create Quiz"


Step 5 : Fill in the Quiz Title, Question, Answers and passing score

*Click on "Add Question" if you want to add more questions

Step 6 : Click on "Save Quiz"
View Training Completion
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"
Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List)
Step 3 : Under "Completed Training" colume in the Applications list


View Quiz Results
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"
Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List)
Step 3 : Scroll down the Position Detail page and select on the Training Title in the Training List


Step 4 : Veiw results on the Quiz Results list
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"
Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List) that you wish to create the training
Step 3 : Click on "Edit Training" button on Position Detail page


Step 4 : Update the training content and PDF (if any)
Step 5 : Click on "Submit"
Step 1 : Click on "My Positions"
Step 2 : Select the Position Title (in the Position List)
Step 3 : Scroll down and click on the Training Title where the quiz is
Step 4 : Click on "Edit Quiz"


Step 5 : Update the Quiz Title, Question, Answers and passing score
Step 6 : Click on "Save Quiz"
Step 1 : Click on "Attendances"
Step 2 : Click on the line you wish to edit/update (in the Attendance List)


Step 3 : Input the correct timing in the respective fields


Step 4 : Click on "Save Changes"


*Rating, Review, Signature and Sign By are also editable
Step 1 : Click on "Attendances"


Step 2 : Refer to the "Total Break (min)". If the Coffee Cup icon appears, it represents that the Job Seeker is currently on break
Step 1 : Click on "Payroll"


Step 2 : Select the date range you wish to check and view


Step 3 : You can find the tabulated value on "Net Payable ($)" column


Step 4 : Click on "Download as CSV" to export
Step 1 : Go to "Dashboard"


Step 2 : Check the Position/Job Activities counter


Step 3 : Click on the "Number"

Step 4 : Review the "Pendings" applications/requests
Its provides quick update and key information to user without deep diving into each feature to explore if any action is needed.



Job Attendances - Anyone late, started the job or did not show up
Position Activities - Job Seeker's application to the position your posted for hiring
Job Activities - Job Seeker's requests to the Job your created to be filled
