Getting started for the first time might be confusing. No worries, we are here to help you out.

Step 1: Visit Jiffy Jobs website
Step 2: Click on "CREATE FREE ACCOUNT" on the header
Step 3: Fill up the registration form


Step 5: Click on "Create Account"
Step 1: Click on your name located on the top right-hand corner after you have logged in
Step 2: Click on "Account"


Step 3: Click on located beside your name to edit your personal information

There are 2 kinds of information you can edit or update, they are :
1) Personal Information
- hiring via personal profile

2) Company Information
- hiring via company profile

Step 4: Click on "Browse" to select your image

Dashboard Related Questions


Dashboard provides a simplify and quick view for you to monitor or to highlight any action needed.



Job attendances chart show you the overview of today and on-going job attendance status which you have created and assigned to a Job Seeker.

e.g. 11 job seeker is currently attending the job and 1 job seeker is late for the job.

No Show - Not clocked in after the job end time
Completed - Clocked out, signed off and being approved
Late - Not clock in after the job start time
On Going - Clocked in for the job

Tip: You can click on the chart to see the full information in details.

Position activities show you information on your hiring (Position posted for hire).

e.g. 4 new job seeker applying for the position you posted

New Applications - Job Seekers applied (pending for your action) to the position you have created
Withdrawal - Job Seeker with Approved application who request (pending for your action) to drop out from the position

Tip: You can click on the number to see the full information in details.

Job activities show you information on your job scheduling (Job created to be filled).

New Request - Job Seeker requested (pending for your action) to the job you created
Releasing - Job Seeker with an accepted job and wish to drop the job (pending for your action)

My Position Related Questions


Every hiring starts from defining a position, it roles, responsibilities and remunerations.

Step 1: Click on "My Positions"


Step 2: Fill up the information needed


Status
Open - Visible to Public (everyone can view under "Listing" in their app)
Close - Non-visible to Public (only you and approved Job Seeker can see this position)

Step 3: Click "Submit" to save and complete
Step 1: Click on "My Positions"


Step 2: Click on the position's "Title" that you wish to edit within the 'Position List'


Step 3: Click on the "Edit Position" button in 'Position Detail'
Step 1: Click on "My Positions"


Tip: or click on the number on "Position Activities" in 'Dashboard'

Step 2: Check the "Pending" column under the 'Position List' table


e.g. 3 pending applications under position title 'App Ambassador'

Approved - approve the position application
Mismatched - reject the position application
Withdraw approved* - approve the Job Seeker's request for dropping out in the position
Withdraw rejected* - reject the Job Seeker's request for dropping out in the position
*only applicable when after the Job Seeker initiated a withdrawal request

In-app training and quiz ensure Job Seeker to have sufficient knowledge to execute the job.

Step 1: Click on "My Positions"


Step 2: Click on the Position "Title" you wish to create the training in within the 'Position List' table


Step 3: Click on the "Create Training"


Step 4: Fill in the training content and upload PDF (optional)


Visibility
Public - visible to all approved Job Seekers
Private & Draft - visible to Job Creator only

Step 5: Click on "Save Training"

Step 2: Click on the Position "Title" where the training falls under in the 'Position List' table


Step 3: Scroll down the 'Position Detail' page to 'Training List'
Step 4: Click on "Training Topic" that you wish to edit in 'Training List'

My Jobs Related Questions


Start creating jobs and shifts for your Job Seeker to execute and fulfill.

Step 1 : Click on "My Jobs"


Step 2 : Click on "+ Create new job"


Step 3 : Select a Position which the Job is going to be under and click "Next"


Step 4 : Fill up the Job Info and click on the "Submit" button to publish
